Girls on the Run is an after-school program for girls in grades 3-5 that teaches girls life skills paired with fun games, activities, and goal setting while working towards an end-of-season 5K. Our Spring 8-week season runs mid-March through Memorial Day. Small teams of 8-15 girls meet twice weekly for 75 minutes each.
No running or coaching experience is necessary. We supply all the training and materials. Sign up today and we will be in touch with next steps.
