Heart to Heart Hospice of West Houston is looking for dedicated volunteers with military experience to visit with our Veteran patients who live throughout West Houston, Katy, Cypress, Spring, etc.
Companionship is an important component to providing compassionate care to those who are choosing comfort care for their life-limiting illness. We aim to provide our Veteran patients with a volunteer who can relate to serving in the military. Visits are at least once a month and more as our volunteers are able.
We are a dedicated partner with We Honor Veterans.
