About Us: Her Village Inc. was founded in 2016 in The Bronx, NY, to address diaper need and support mothers through a continuum of care. Our vision is to create a New York City where mothers are stable, well, and whole with a strong community of support.

We believe a healthy mother leads to a healthy child and healthy children lead to a healthy generation. When we look at the astronomical number of 372,358 children living in poverty, our only hope is our mothers. Investing in, supporting, and empowering mothers is a decision that will echo throughout generations and positively impact not just families but for communities at large.
Her Village Inc. operates an essential items bank providing diapers, baby wipes, period supplies, hygiene items, and more at no cost to NYC families living in poverty and NYC service providers.
