True Health is excited to host the Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth, on Saturday, September 21st at the Orlando Sanford International Airport at 7:30am. Proceeds from the Be Healthy 5K ensure that all Central Floridians have access to high-quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost.
True Health is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, that has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate nine service delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes nine neighborhood health centers. We provide services in areas throughout Central Florida, which are Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) designated as medically underserved populations and health professional shortage areas. We are recognized as a patient-centered medical home with full accreditation by Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee scale to those that are uninsured, we accept Medicare and Medicaid, and over 25 major health and HMO insurance plans.More opportunities with True Health
