Are you passionate about making a difference and helping neurodiverse individuals develop essential conversational skills? Join us as a Lead Volunteer for our Conversational Skills Program at Inclusive World and play a pivotal role in shaping our members' communication abilities!
New class leads will have the opportunity to shadow experienced leads and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Sessions: Execute weekly session plans based on a provided curriculum, focusing on developing conversational skills.
- Develop Continuous Curriculum: Create and implement a continuous curriculum path tailored to each student needs.
- Client Retention and Success: Maintain student retention rates and positive survey scores by fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Core Tasks:
- Design weekly session plans and activities/projects for enrolled clients.
- Develop and deliver training and orientation for students, and parents, volunteers if needed.
- Manage class schedules, attendance tracking, and any changes or cancellations.
- Conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews, baseline and endline assessments, and program feedback evaluations.
- Support student's participation.
- Collaborate with volunteer coordinators and manage volunteers in class.
Skills and Competencies:
- Time availability.
- Desire to create an inlcusive world.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in program development and working with special needs populations. (desire but nor required)

Description
We train differently abled youth in vocational skills based on their interests and abilities. From our humble beginnings in 2012 with one training program, we
now offer multiple streams of vocational training programs and job placement services to differently abled youth.
