First Aid of The Soul (FAS), a 501c(3) nonprofit, launched in March 2022, was formed in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion against Ukraine.

A global collective of over 500 professionally trained mental health experts was mobilized to offer accessible mental health and psychosocial support services to Ukrainians, through trauma-informed, holistic, and creative approaches.

We are seeking a dedicated Online Learning Coordinator/Developer to create and manage our online learning portal, including organizing and migrating event files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an online learning portal.
• Manage and organize Zoom files post-events, including audio/video files for migration to the learning portal.
• Collaborate with training teams and tech support on portal enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Experience using Amazon Web Services/G-Suite/large file hosting platforms.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Proficiency with Zoom for managing event files.
• Proficiency with Wix.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
