First Aid of The Soul (FAS), a 501c(3) nonprofit, launched in March 2022, was formed in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion against Ukraine.

A global collective of over 500 professionally trained mental health experts was mobilized to offer accessible mental health and psychosocial support services to Ukrainians, through trauma-informed, holistic, and creative approaches.

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage online event promotions, create automated workflows using HubSpot/Wix and assist with distributing a monthly newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and publish online events.
  • Assist with distributing newsletters.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Experience creating automated workflows.
  • Experience using Wix.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a big plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
