This volunteer position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely and play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts. As a volunteer, you will help shape and execute strategies that fund our impactful programs and initiatives, making a tangible difference in the lives of youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to diversify funding sources and increase revenue.
• Research and identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities aligned with our mission and goals.
• Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship letters, and fundraising appeals.
• Help coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including organizing and promoting online fundraising initiatives.
• Manage donor relationships, including stewardship, recognition, and regular communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and fundraising databases.
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create fundraising materials and promote campaigns.
• Stay informed about fundraising trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the organization’s mission and impact effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
