**Join Us at the NAACP West Volusia's Women's Awards Luncheon!**

Women in the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) are thrilled to announce our inaugural Awards Luncheon in West Volusia, FL, and we need your support! We're looking for passionate volunteers to help make this event a success.

**Event Details:**

- **What:** NAACP West Volusia's 1st Awards Luncheon

- **Where:Debary Country Club

- **When:** October 18th at 10am

**Volunteer Opportunities:**

• **Event Setup:** Assist in setting up decorations, seating arrangements, registering attendees, and signage.
• ** Call and email** Assist in making call to sponsors, calling influential county and state leaders.
• **Advertising team** assist with social media advertising
• ** Media team** handling all media at the event. From sound, media and virtual slideshows. Plus handling our Facebook live.
• - **Registration:** Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and distribute event materials.
• - **Hospitality:** Help with attending to guests' by ushering the to their tables and ensuring everyone has a great experience.
• - **Video and Photography team:** Assist in taking pictures of attendees, video event, and general photography needs at the event.
