JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and social media, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leading

• Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in utilising them for effective communication and outreach

• Advanced skills in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, gained through education, work, or volunteering

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is highly desirable

• Exceptional prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for GoodBot, focusing on highlighting its impact and fostering the engagement

• Creation of marketing emails, communication materials, and reports that align with marketing objectives

• Measure the effectiveness and outcomes of marketing campaigns for future strategies

• Manage online marketing and social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, others) as well as email communication

• Recruit and lead a team of volunteers to support the creation of marketing materials

• Cooperation with other Marketing Team Leads within the GoodBot
