We'd like to introduce a volunteering position of teaching English (for students in Paraguay in South America).

This is to give a chance to share talents of teaching English for students (high schooler or higher) and to communicate with other students, who are in Spanish culture and in need of English learning opportunities.

This teaching is basically through direct online communication between teacher and student, with flexible meeting schedule (at least twice a month), and two volunteering hours will be given for each meeting, including preparation time, and is applicable for president volunteering award.

For the steady teaching, we recommend volunteers to join Sunday church service every week (1 to 2pm ) to share togegher the philosophies of helping others in needs.

Description

We recently open some volunteering positions for students (middle to high school or higher), who have gifts of playing music instruments and who are interested in teaching English to students in other country (in South America).
- As for the music volunteers, they need to be middle schooler or higher and can join playing music in Joy Ensemble, every Sunday from 12:45pm to 2:15pm, and volunteering hour will be counted from the first day (2hr per week, including practice at home). This volunteering position is eligible for applying for the President Volunteer Award.

- As for the English teaching volunteers, they need to be high schooler or higher and will meet their students in Paraguay of South America through online with flexible scheduling (at least twice a month), and they need to attend every Sunday service (from 1pm to 2:15pm) at church in Campbell.
They will earn volunteer hour based on their teaching time with their students, and eligible for applying for the President Volunteer Award.
