Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team to implement and maintain MedPal, a teleconsultation system, on Node.js with VPS Hosting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, VPS hosting, and DevOps practices to ensure the smooth operation of our telemedicine platform. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain MedPal on Node.js with VPS Hosting (https://www.hostinger.com/vps/nodejs-hosting)
Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of the platform
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of features
Manage and optimize MongoDB and Redis databases for data storage and sessions
Implement Mediasoup API using Mediasoup and Express for WebRTC functionality
Configure and manage Node.js hosting on VPS ((link unavailable))
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying areas for improvement
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with Node.js
Strong knowledge of VPS hosting and cloud computing
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Proficiency in MongoDB, Redis, and Mediasoup technologies
Familiarity with Angular and Ionic frameworks (front-end)
Strong understanding of WebRTC and video conferencing technologies
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with SailsJS framework
Knowledge of OpenEMR and healthcare industry standards
Familiarity with security and compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
