Ever passed someone in need, uncertain how to help? Join us and walk with, not by. Samaritan is seeking compassionate individuals with lived experience of poverty, homelessness, or navigating the social safety net to become peer supporters. Dedicate just 1-3 hours a week to offer invaluable support and companionship to those currently experiencing homelessness. Connect entirely remotely and make a meaningful difference in someone's journey home!
Here's how you can play a crucial role:
- Share Your Story: Let your journey inspire and forge connections.
- Pay It Forward: Provide guidance and support to others facing challenges.
- Assist With: Housing, employment, and recovery efforts.
- Navigate the System: Offer insights and support through the social safety net.
Your efforts are invaluable in aiding unsheltered families and individuals. If this resonates with you and you're ready to make a tangible impact, don't hesitate to reach out to us today!
