Reach out to potential sponsors via email, phone, and meeting. Work with our marketing team to create a compelling sponsorship proposal template that can be customized for different potential sponsors. Negotiate sponsorship agreement and ensure all sponsor benefits and delivered. Help our committee develop a systematic outreach plan, including how and when to contact potential sponsors and partners.
Help set up a system for monitoring progress toward goals and evaluating the effectiveness of the sponsorship and partnership efforts. We are anticipating several events in the second half of the year Our AI /STEAM event in October, Our Affordable Housing forum, and our Annual Black-tie Gala in November

The Davenport Community Development Group is a non-profit Community development company, operating on the Southside of Chicago, we train individuals in the Culinary Arts, and STEAM programs and Offer individuals access to affordable Housing. All of our training programs offer industrial-recognized certifications, Our newly implemented housing program gives information to those interested in purchasing new Homes, in the form of government and locate bank programs. We also work with housing developers to connect with potential investors and home buyers.
