Volunteer to help an oncology resource navigator! Responsibilities include printing out materials from shared drives, putting together a new patient packet, doing research online for community programs/resources for cancer patients, entering information on our spreadsheets, keeping brochures/flyers/resource materials in order, and more. Basic computer skills required.

Once a week, 9am to 12pm, any day Monday through Thursday.

Description

Summit Health Cares is committed to helping cancer patients and their families maintain their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being throughout treatment. Our Comfort Project provides multiple resources, from one-on-one patient navigation services to movement and mindfulness classes, Reiki and other energy work sessions and more- everything we do is aimed at providing comfort and easing stress and anxiety for patients and their families fighting cancer.
