Role Description
As a Volunteer Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging video content that effectively communicates our message to our audience. Your creativity and technical expertise will help us enhance the visual appeal and impact of our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished videos that align with our organization's brand and message.
- Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the storytelling aspect of our videos.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts.
- Ensure that all videos meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Adapt videos for different platforms and purposes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from project leads.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
