Jcycn is a non-profit organization dedicated to driving positive change in Nepal through a wide range of community development projects. Our work focuses on supporting children, youth, girls, women, anti-trafficking efforts, anti-child labour initiatives, the promotion of safer migration, education, income generation, and many more critical areas. We are committed to creating sustainable improvements in the lives of Nepalese communities.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic fundraiser to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for our projects.
- Develop and execute fundraising plans and strategies.
- Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and fundraising materials.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Organize and manage online fundraising campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and achievements.
- Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with fundraising tools and platforms.
- Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to our mission.
