The Brain Injury Center of Ventura County invites you to join us as a Fundraising Committee Member for our annual fundraiser, "An Evening of Magical Memories," benefitting the Brain Injury Center of Ventura County. We are looking for individuals who can assist with planning and coordination of the event including soliciting auction items and sponsorship donations. We meet monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the evening.
This year’s event will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at The Residence Inn by Marriott, Oxnard. The evening will include champagne reception, silent and live Auctions featuring beautiful art, premium wines, and sparkling jewelry. A gourmet dinner will be served along with award presentations.
There are over 20,000 individuals in Ventura County who live with the permanent and devastating effects of brain injury - whether caused by a trauma to the head, stroke, tumor, or illness. We are currently serving over 1000 survivors and their families. The monies raised by this event will provide funding for hands-on support, education, advocacy, and care coordination for brain injury survivors and their families.
