Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Training Instructor to join our team. As a Generative AI Training Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching data pre-processing for Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, retrieval augmented generation, and model fine-tuning to our students. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of generative AI concepts and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to students of varying skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Teach data pre-processing techniques for LLMs, including data cleaning, tokenization, and normalization
• Instruct students on prompt engineering methods for effective LLM interactions
• Educate students on AI agents and their applications in generative AI
• Teach retrieval augmented generation techniques for improving LLM performance
• Instruct students on model fine-tuning for specific use cases
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, code examples, and exercises
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs
• Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
• Provide individualized support and feedback to students to ensure they meet learning objectives

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in generative AI, NLP, or a related field
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and retrieval augmented generation
• Experience with model fine-tuning and optimization
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with popular generative AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. Transformers, PyTorch)

Nice to Have:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field
• Experience teaching or training others in generative AI or related topics
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices
