Position
Working for Parents is looking for a self-motivated and talented Bilingual Program Manager to lead our "Resources for Parents" program sessions. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages the community and builds brand recognition.
Your main duties will also include training participants, curriculum engagement, and data collection. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:Maintain training curriculum to support participants
Lead programming to assist participants in job/work readiness
Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary
Facilitate training sessions
Assist with the collection of data and generating reports and questionnaires
"Very" occasional business operations support
Translate English "Resources for Parents" program sessions into Spanish curriculum engagement for participants.
The ideal candidate will have experience with running programs, training, and facilitation and has worked in the workforce and employment development field with adult populations. Familiarity with using Gmail, social media, and spreadsheets required
Requirements
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Must be able to speak fluently in the English & Spanish language.
Strong knowledge of social media communication practices and techniques.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
This is solely a volunteer opportunity. As the organization grows there will be an opportunity for the Bilingual Program Manager to receive compensation.
