Are you ready to bring the fun and keep the Fremont Solstice Parade shining bright? Join us as we dance, prance, and FUN-raise our way through the streets of Fremont!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is simple yet oh-so-important: strut your stuff, spread joy, and collect donations while parading through the streets of Fremont.
Did you know? The Solstice Parade is more than just a celebration - it's a vital community event that has been around since 1989, run by volunteers and supported by donations. As a member of our FUN-raiser Team, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the magic alive! Every dollar you help to collect goes directly back to funding the parade. We don’t want to lose such a unique Seattle event. So, what are you waiting for? Gather your friends, family, or co-workers. Sign up and let's make some parade magic together!

Mission Statement
The Fremont Arts Council engages community to cultivate the spirit of celebration where everyone is an artist.
Description
The Fremont Arts Council (FAC) believes art helps build stronger communities. Involvement in the FAC is more about a state of mind than a state of geography. The FAC celebrates life through art by encouraging participation in creating colorful and vibrant celebration art. Our signature event is the Fremont Solstice Parade which has grown into Seattle’s largest creative art event. Other events through the year include Petit Troll, May Day, Luminata, Trolloween, and Winter Feast. We care for public art like the Fremont Troll, and engage everyone year-round in workshops and classes to inspire seasoned and upcoming artists. Our home base, the Power House, is available year-round to make art and meet with each other. The FAC is powered by volunteers.
