Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to spend quality time and spread joy to children, young adults, and their families in our inpatient units. This volunteer assignment includes cuddling, rocking, reading, developmental play, and 1:1 interaction with ages birth up to age 30. We have weekend opportunities to volunteer in three of our inpatient units with a variety of shifts.

Description
Originally founded in 1928 as a convalescent home for children, today ChildServe provides specialized pediatric health care services to more than 2,500 children in Iowa. Through the support of private insurance, public funds, and the generosity of donors, ChildServe offers accessible, family-centered care unique to each child’s needs, hopes, and dreams.
