Currently, CGM is looking for board members, two secretaries (one as a pastor’s assistant, another as the board’s secretary/historian), a vice president, human resources manager .
Your RoleAs a board member, you’ll be expected to uphold the highest standards in our organization, while also growing in your relationship with God through Christ. You will have the opportunity to voice your opinion, suggest/attend events, make new friends, fundraise, and help market/promote events. You’ll also engage with the community and help make CGM a better place by reviewing our governing policies and setting goals.
Basic QualificationsOur board upholds Biblical standards, which means that our basic qualifications begin with salvation. We are looking for born again believers to join the board. We’re not looking for Bible Scholars (don’t worry!), we just want to make sure everyone on our board has the same foundation as CGM and other board members.
Once you decide that you want to join CGM’s board, fill out an application. From there, we will send you more information and a questionnaire via email. We will also request a resume and cover letter. If the preliminary information looks good, we will reach out to set up a zoom meeting to discuss more in dept about CGM and the answers to your questionnaire. After the zoom meeting, keep an eye out on your inbox for our decision!

Cynthia Garris Ministries, Inc.'s mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus through sermons, and outreach via zoom or social media live services, while also serving in the community through free public events, social gathers, and providing food, supplies, and more to those in need.
We are a growing organization that focuses on the servitude of Christ. We are focused on showing His kindness, and working feverishly to reach the lost, and the hurt, those who have been turned away from Christ, the lonely, and the sick and needy. Through our outreach programs such as dinner giveaways, and food drives for our international friends and family, community events like social gatherings, and healing services in addition to our regular church services (online, but a physical building is coming soon!), we share the Gospel.
