LumiPals, presented by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Sierra in collaboration with Luminous Minds, Inc., is a site-based mentoring program designed for K-3rd grade students. This program emphasizes personal, academic, and social growth, creating lasting connections between caring mentors ("Bigs") and young learners ("Littles").

Description
Under professional supervision, adult mentors are matched on a one-to-one basis with a young person in need of another caring adult in his/her life. Through the friendship, youth have opportunities for positive growth and development.
