Echelon is a dynamic network of emerging professionals dedicated to fostering career growth, leadership development, and community engagement. We strive to provide a supportive platform for emerging leaders to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the local San Diego community. Through networking events, fundraising and service opportunities, we empower members to make a positive impact in their communtiy and enhance their career.
What we are looking for: Currently we are looking for young leaders (ages 21-40) in the San Diego community with a passion for making an impact in today's most pressing social issues such as homelessness and food insecurity. We are also looking for Board Members for this Auxiliary group.
What we do: Echelon meets once or twice a month for volunteering, fundraising, and/or networking events.
Volunteering: members might help serve food at our monthly community BBQ or assist in our family shelter programs.
Fundraising: volunteers help raise funds to assist with programs such as back to school or senior nutrition.
Socializing: programs might include, group hikes, professional headshots, mixers.
