Lakay Acces Sante is a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to charitable endeavors, actively mobilizing, empowering, and connecting individuals for collective health and well-being. Our mission centers on serving populations and communities facing the most significant health challenges and barriers to accessing quality healthcare and resources. These obstacles stem from various factors including race, color, culture, religion, gender, age, disability, immigration status, socio-economic status, and geographic location.
Currently, our focus lies on supporting new Haitian immigrants who have fled dire humanitarian conditions exacerbated by escalating gang violence in their home country. Through a holistic approach, we provide essential services such as ESL classes, health education, outreach initiatives, tailored assistance for public benefit applications, and employment support. By fostering English proficiency, cultural awareness, and equipping individuals with tools for adaptation, we strive to facilitate their successful integration into American society.
