The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all fundraising activities for the organization. This role will involve developing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, organizing events, and managing online fundraising campaigns, entering donors into software systems. The coordinator will work closely with the leadership team, staff, volunteers, and donors to achieve fundraising goals and support the organization's mission.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other funding sources.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and community outreach activities.
4. Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant application processes to secure funding from foundations and government agencies.
5. Create and manage online fundraising campaigns through platforms such as GoFundMe, Donorbox, or the organization's website.
6. Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including personalized communications, donor appreciation events, and acknowledgment of contributions.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop fundraising materials, including appeals, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
8. Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for the leadership team and board of directors.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing fundraising activities and donor relationships.
10. Stay informed about best practices and trends in fundraising and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
