LAKESHORE ROCKS is a summer volunteer opportunity for youth looking to give back. Participants will work alongside nutrition staff and other volunteers to serve lunch to older adults in the Lakeshore Cafe at the Broomfield Community Center. Join us for a fun way to make a difference in the lives of others!
What volunteers need to know:
- Applicants must be between the ages of 14 and 17 as of June 1, 2024.
- The program s tarts on June 5 and ends on August 8, 2024.
- New applicants will attend a mandatory orientation on Monday, June 3 from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm.
- Participants volunteer one day per week from approximately 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
