About Dunk4Dreams

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product portfolio and driving the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities and validate product concepts
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market demand, and business goals
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for product improvements and iterations
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and maintain market leadership
Requirements
- Experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products
- Experience with integrating and managing third-party services like Printful and Amazon Merch on Demand
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage high-performing product teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and execute product vision and roadmaps
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile and Lean, and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure success
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
