Inspire Youth For Development (Inspire Youth) is a youth and women-led non-profit organization based in Uganda with a primary focus on capacity building and service delivery for deprived and marginalized communities especially youth and women. Founded in 2019 by a group of like-minded youth, Inspire Youth aims to address urgent and pressing needs of young people in Uganda. Our focus areas include climate justice, education, healthy lives and youth & women economic empowerment. Inspire Youth actively engages in capacity-building activities such as trainings and skills development programs to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and tools to improve their lives. Inspire Youth places a strong emphasis on grassroots engagement, involving local communities in project initiation and execution. Inspire Youth collaborates with different funding agencies and partners to diversify its impact. Our goal is to address the challenges faced by marginalized young people in Uganda which include poverty, limited access to education and healthcare, climate change vulnerabilities, gender disparities and human rights violations
