We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Volunteer Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging potential volunteers to support various functions within our organization. The recruiter will focus on outreach and initial engagement, leveraging various channels to build a robust volunteer pipeline.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract volunteers, focusing on specific skills needed such as transporting, event planning, marketing, fundraising, and administrative support.
• Utilize social media, volunteer websites, community events, and other platforms to advertise volunteer opportunities.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse volunteer base.
• Engage with potential volunteers through initial contact and promote the mission and values of the Bitty Kitty Brigade.
• Refer interested candidates to the volunteer application for further screening and placement.

• Experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a strong ability to attract and engage candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively promoting volunteer opportunities.
• Strong networking abilities and experience using social media and other online platforms for recruitment.
• A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to the mission of the Bitty Kitty Brigade.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.Benefits:
