Welcome volunteers!
We need helpers to assist from 7am- 11pm or 11am - 3pm. High school (with an adult supervisor) and college groups are welcome, especially those interested in kinesiology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy, etc.
Assistance includes set up, helping to sign people in, assisting in the parking lot, spotting open seats, helping guests to their tables with food and beverage, assisting table vendors with set up, clearing tables, packing up the event, assisting participants with exiting, and clean up.
*We also need 1-2 photographers with a camera and experience shooting live events.*
