Yadestiny Treasure Chest
is looking for a qualified Program Manager for our Treasures of Tomorrow Program to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Treasures of Tomorrow Program (TOTP), including mentorship sessions, pop-up events, brand development, online consignment, media training, pitch competitions, and sustainability workshops.
  • Coordinate with partner brands and organizations to ensure seamless execution of program activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with mentors, participants, and stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and maximize program impact.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to drive the success of TOTP and empower future leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, event coordination, or project leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Knowledge of youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and innovation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Passion for making a positive impact and shaping the future of tomorrow's leaders.

BACKGROUND


Yadestiny Treasure Chest, Inc. is a 501(c)3 operated not for profit whose mission is to help every child to become confident and educated on how to properly maintain and improve one's health, talents, skills and overall appearance. Through innovative fashion, fitness, nutritional, environmental and community events and activities Yadestiny Treasure Chest will help to develop young leaders of tomorrow.


The organization was founded in 2010 by Karyne Tinord, a Haitian-American native of Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by the global relief efforts following the Haiti earthquake, Tinord established YTC to embark on the journey of providing clothing and key resources to families and children around the world.

While our main goal is to clothe the children of the world one shirt at a time, YTC also provides lifestyle and arts programs. From the Fit for Fashion program which is geared towards health & wellness education, to the YTC Entertainment program which promotes arts and cultural awareness, YTC works to help build confidence and self -esteem in children everywhere.
As we work to expand our national and global presence, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals that share our passion.
