1. Parking Assistant (2): Assist preferred parking vehicles from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.

2. Greeter (2): Greet each guest upon arrival between 6:00 and 7:30 PM.

3. Registration Lead (1): Manage all registration activities from 6:00 to 7:45 PM. Collaborate with Megan for any registration-related queries.

4. Registration Line Director (1): Ensure short lines and guide guests to available registration personnel from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.

5. Registration (6): Check-in all registrants from 6:00 to 7:45 PM. Provide them with their table number, bid card, and opportunity drawing ticket.

6. Bid Card Puller (3): Assist registration by pulling bid cards for each guest upon check-in from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.

7. Step and Repeat Scribe (1): Keep track of guest names with photos from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.

8. Step and Repeat Assistant (1): Assist the scribe and photographer, manage the line, and hold guest items from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.

9. Photography Assistant (1): Assist the photographer from 6:00 until the event closes.

10. Photobooth Operator (1): Manage and operate the photobooth from 6:00 until the event closes.

11. Opportunity Drawing Float (2): Sell opportunity tickets to guests from 6:00 to 7:45 PM and during the dinner program.

12. Stair Security (2): Ensure guest safety by escorting or informing them about the stairs from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.

13. Silent Auction Concierge (4): Manage assigned silent auction tables, engage guests about auction items, assist with bidding, and handle documents and items until dinner ends.

14. Ballroom Usher (2): Assist guests to their tables in the ballroom once it opens.

15. Fund a Need Spotter (4): Work with the auctioneer to identify guests raising their bid cards during the Fund a Need portion.

16. Fund a Need Recorder (4): Record bid numbers during each Fund a Need level as announced by the auctioneer.

17. Bid Card Drop (4): Collect bid cards for processing during checkout.

18. Check Out (4): Assist guests with checkout, process payments, and hand out purchased/won items.
