We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend UI Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Frontend UI Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, with a passion for pixel-perfect design and responsive web and mobile design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive web and mobile interfaces.
- Develop reusable components and UI elements using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React JS, and Next JS.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
- Implement responsive design principles to create seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent rendering across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, UI/UX design, and web/mobile technologies.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend UI Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React JS and Next JS.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging techniques.
- Passion for pixel-perfect design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS is a bonus.

For residents, it will save time searching for many services the island offers and provide a consistent way to give feedback to supporting organizations, seamlessly integrating them with the community. It will allow organizations to communicate centrally and support residents, helping determine what is working and what needs improvement.
