As a Community Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and engaging a community of enthusiasts, supporters, or customers around a particular brand, product, or interest area. You will use your excellent communication skills to create engaging content, moderate discussions, and build relationships with community members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to build and nurture a vibrant community around a particular brand, product or interest area.
• Create and curate compelling content to engage the community across various platforms including social media, blog, forums, etc.
• Monitor and moderate discussions, comments, and user-generated content to ensure brand guidelines and community standards are maintained.
• Engage with community members to build relationships, respond to questions, provide support and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, and product to ensure community initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the community building strategy.

Requirements:

-Availability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 months

-Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with an audience
-Experience in community management or branding
-Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them to engage a community
-Experience in moderating online discussions and resolving conflicts
-Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community members, thought leaders, and stakeholders
-Passion for building and growing communities around a particular brand, product or interest area.
