Job Description:
As an SEO & Google Ads Specialist at Rcoz, you will play a key role in driving awareness and engagement with our mental health initiatives. Your research and optimization skills will help boost Rcoz’s visibility and extend our reach to those who need mental health support.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation:

   • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings.
   • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for SEO.
   • Track and analyze SEO performance to refine strategies.

2. Google Ads Management:

   • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns that promote Rcoz’s content and initiatives.
   • Optimize ad performance through data-driven decisions, ensuring cost-effective ad spending.
   • Provide regular reports on campaign results and insights.

3. Research & Insights:

   • Stay updated on the latest SEO and Google Ads trends, applying them to improve Rcoz’s online presence.
   • Use research to inform decisions that will drive traffic and increase user engagement.
   • Collaborate with the team to align SEO and Google Ads strategies with our mission.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SEO and Google Ads (including keyword research, ad creation, and optimization).
• Passion for mental health awareness and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience with nonprofits is a plus but not required.
