Looking for prospective music teachers to teach people guitar and music in recovery centers in the Denver Metro area. Some centers are established and looking to grow through out the Denver area.
2 Shifts

this is negotiable per volunteer and is at the Crossing (Denver Rescue Mission)

Mission Statement
Providing music Lessons and instructions to individuals in life renewal programs in the Denver Metro area that treat various forms of addiction and trauma. Currently in two recovery centers in the Denver Metro area.
Description
Music to Grow was incorporated as a non-profit in March 2023 to grow the charity and provided music for those in recovery from addiction and trauma.
After teaching over 60 students in the New Life Program at the Denver Rescue Mission, the need to expand this program to provide music instruction throughout the Denver area by creating a non-profit organization. During 2023, we added a music class at Stout Street Foundation.
