As a Digital Marketer you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services, with a particular focus on our Learning Management System. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical skills, and strategic planning to effectively reach our target audience and drive engagement with our online learning platform. This role also requires a professional to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands using various digital channels. Digital marketers in our team will also leverage the internet and technology to reach and engage target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals.

  1. Digital Marketer

    Overview:
    We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, increasing reach, and acquiring leads/customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
    • Manage and optimize marketing efforts over various social media platforms to increase engagement, follower count, and brand reach.
    • Market our website to increase its reach, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
    • Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral that align with overall marketing strategy.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for specialized tasks such as graphic design, video production, and paid media.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in graphic design, video production, or content creation.
