is seeking a volunteer for

Tobacco Product Waste Monitoring Assessment

The purpose of the project is to assist the Tobacco Education Program in planning and completing the Tobacco. Product Waste Monitoring Assessment in the cities of Santa Cruz and Watsonville.

Duties include adapting to the Monitoring protocol. Develop a pen-to-paper tobacco product waste assessment. Recruit and train volunteers, conduct an assessment in 2-3 outdoor areas in Santa Cruz and Watsonville, manage data, and write a report of results.

Skills include the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, manage data collection, work with youth/volunteers, and analyze data

Time Commitment Desired: 4-5 hours/day; 3-5 days/week

Estimated total hours needed: 200-300 hours
