This is not a paid role. Purely volunteering. Volunteers based in Lagos are preferred.

As a project manager, you will be expected to:

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.

2. Coordinate project teams, facilitate communication and ensure collaboration.

3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

4. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

5. Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future initiatives.

Our vision is to be Africa’s leading organization, providing technology-driven knowledge and skills solution for youthful relevance. We do this by discovering, developing and deploying talents and skills. Our purpose is to encourage creativity, promote formal education and stir skills acquisition.
We have had several programs in the past such as Create 1.0, Lockdown Master Class series, Create Initiative Independence Creativity challenges (CIIDCC 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0), World Youth Skill Day (WYSD 1.0, 2.0), Africa Kids Coding, Advantage Conference, Teens’ Life School Visit and Replicate.
