We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to serve as the Volunteer Coordinator for The Abundant Harvest Community Garden. The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for garden activities, organize volunteer schedules, and ensure a positive volunteer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to volunteer engagement and community building.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit volunteers for garden activities and events.
• Train volunteers on garden tasks and safety procedures.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments.
