Role Description: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a flair for UX Design to join our team in maintaining our design system and elevating our organization's brand identity. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with our central design team to maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
• Develop visually appealing illustrations, patterns, and other graphic elements to enhance our brand identity and storytelling.
• Assist in creating engaging visual content for various marketing materials, social media platforms, and events.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative design concepts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating illustrations, patterns, textures, and other visual elements.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
• Previous experience with design system maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Able to attend remote weekly meetings (Sundays at 2pm EST)
