Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns
* Conduct research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities
* Prepare grant proposals, presentations, and other fundraising materials
* Manage donor relationships and track fundraising progress
* Support special events and fundraising initiatives
* Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong written and verbal presentation abilities
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant software
* Understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for fundraising and a commitment to social impact
