Share your passion for music with others! Braille Institute is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to teach a Beginning Voice class to our blind and visually impaired adults. Duties include guiding students through vocal warm-ups, techniques and exercises. Volunteers should be comfortable working with singers of different age and skill levels. Classes meet one day a week, 10 am-12 pm or 1 pm - 3 pm.
No experience working with blind and visually impaired required. Training will be provided.

Braille Institute offers a variety of services to people who are blind and visually impaired, from mobility and technology training, to low vision rehabilitation and home visits, to arts and exercise classes, to a vast library of braille and audio titles for every age, and more. Each year, we help tens of thousands of people regain and maintain their independence. Thanks to generous donations, Braille Institute services are available free of charge.
