Description

The Self Care Lab Boxing & Fitness Club (TSCL) has taken a novel approach to providing trauma informed care on a community level using a combination of
boxing and non-boxing exercises, self-care advocacy, mentorship, and mental health counseling. TSCL’s mission is to teach practical self-
care to the residents and youth of the greater Los Angeles community through the combination of disciplined exercise and cognitive learning teaching models. Through intentional relationship building, TSCL inspires deep personal growth within its members. TSCL uses a culturally competent
