SoundBio Lab seeks an Event Promotion and Sales Manager to post events to key ticketing sites and track sales across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Add event tickets to Meet-up and Eventbrite. Copy event descriptions from our website onto Meet-up and Eventbrite. Edit descriptions and images as necessary.

• Track sales: Consolidate ticket sales/registration across all platforms, including our website, into a spreadsheet within our Google Drive. Alter the available tickets on each platform to reflect the current supply.

• Report trends: Give brief reports to E&O and other relevant committees about trends in ticket sales.

Commitment

Approximately 4 hours per month. All work can be done remotely.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for our mission and a genuine interest in science communication.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with Google Sheets and data entry.
