We currently have 4 opportunities available, which include:

1. Electric Bicycle (e-bike) Educational Content Designer: We're looking for creative volunteers to help design interactive e-learning lessons. If you have skills in graphic design, or instructional design, your assistance can help shape the future of e-bike safety education across the US!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to develop engaging educational content.
• Design interactive modules and quizzes for our online learning platform.
• Contribute innovative ideas to make e-bike safety learning fun and effective.

2.Support Ticket Managers: If you're organized, empathetic, and enjoy helping others, come help us manage support tickets and user emails. Your communication skills can ensure our community gets the support they need!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming support tickets and emails.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries.
• Help manage user accounts and troubleshoot common issues.

3. Event Volunteers: We're looking for outgoing people to assist with eRider safety events to ensure smooth operations. Duties include: registration of eRiders, set-up and take-down, providing safety materials, and other important operational duties. Volunteers should be outgoing and people-friendly, ready to make an impression on our event attendees.

4. eRider Trainer: We are seeking qualified professionals who have prior/current law enforcement experience, and/or individuals with teaching experience and knowledge regarding bicycle safety and operations. Please contact us for further details at info@voltverified.org.
