A hospice volunteer is someone who wants to make a difference. Our volunteers help by bringing joy to patients and families, offering companionship and compassionate presence, among many other things. The rewards of hospice volunteering are meaningful and powerful, enriching ourselves as we provide care for others. We provide training that is uplifting, as well as informative, and can be done at your own pace. We practice all COVID safety control measures and provide PPE.

Description
Constellation Hospice is a special concept of care, focused on providing comfort, relieving pain and offering support to those with life-limiting health conditions and their families. Constellation Hospice addresses the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the individual, while attending to the equally important needs of their family and caregivers. Our team of hospice professionals and volunteers work collaboratively with the patient, their family and primary care physician to create a customized care plan. We believe every person deserves to live out his or her life with respect, dignity and comfort in an environment that promotes quality of life. We educate on and practice all infection control measures, including COVID 19 and subsequent variants, as well as provide necessary PPE. We would love for you to join our team! Call Cindy at 203-845-8000.
