This role is the first point of contact of Age UK Trafford and is a crucial part of the organisation, dealing with telephone enquiries, people calling for appointments and drop-in sessions, and signposting to other services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients on arrival at the office
- Answering the phone, dealing with basic enquiries, or passing calls on to the relevant worker
- Dealing with basic enquiries, such as booking, signposting, or referring on to the Information and Advice team or other services
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and care
- Input caller details on our database system
